Blackjack League - Terms & Conditions
Blackjack League (the “Promotion”) is offered to you by kwiff Limited & Pragmatic (“kwiff”, “we” or “us”). By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which apply in conjunction with the kwiff Terms and Conditions and Betting Rules.
A.1 Blackjack League will run daily in the selected participating Blackjack games/tables throughout 1st of April at 19:01 until 30th of June 2024 at 23:59, where each promotional day (hereinafter “Promotion Day”) within the Network Promotion Term includes four (4) distinctive tournaments dedicated to a specific stake range of Blackjack games/tables: (i) Bronze Blackjack Tournament; (ii) Silver Blackjack Tournament; (iii) Gold Blackjack Tournament, and (iv) Privé Blackjack Tournament.
A.2 Bronze Blackjack Tournament/Silver Gold Tournament/Gold Blackjack Tournament/Privé Blackjack Tournament will be referred to individually as “Promotion” or collectively as “Promotions”.
A.3 To participate in any Promotion during the Network Promotion Term, players must join/opt-in to any of the participating games/tables.
A.4 In order for players to be eligible to participate in any Promotion, a real money bet with minimum that is required on the selected participating game(s):

A.5 A Qualifying Bet shall render a player eligible to rank on the leaderboard on the following conditions:
• Only Base Main Bets and Bets Behind (as defined below), which satisfy the Qualifying Bet criteria, may be considered for any of the Promotions.
• A base main bet in the Network Promotion shall be defined as the initial bet a player places at the beginning of each round, before splitting hands or doubling up (each a “Base Main Bets”).
• A base bet behind in the Network Promotion shall be defined as the initial stake placed on Bet Behind by a player at the beginning of each round, (each a “Base Bet Behind”).
• Bets behind in the Network Promotion shall be defined as Best Hand, Insurance and Blackjack (“Bets Behind”).
A.6 If a player places any Base Main Bet(s) and/or Bets Behind, which satisfy the Qualifying Bet criteria, together with Side Bet(s) (defined below) within one (1) game round, only such Base Main Bet(s) and/or Bets Behind may be considered for the score calculation.
• Side bets shall be defined as Perfect Pairs (Perfect Pair, Coloured Pair, Mixed Pair) and 21+3 (Suited Trips, Straight Flush, Three of a Kind, Straight, Flush) (“Side Bets”).
A.7 In the event of a player taking multiple seats at a Blackjack table, the total Qualifying Bet and total Qualifying Win (as defined below) across all seats together will be considered towards the score calculation.
• A “qualifying win” is defined as a positive outcome of one game round following the placement of a Qualifying Bet.
• If a player places multiple Base Main Bets and/or multiple Bets Behind on a participating table, the total Qualifying Bet and total Qualifying Win will be considered for the score calculation.
• If a player places a bet and splits the hand, the total Qualifying Bet and total Qualifying Win across the split hands will be considered for the score calculation.
A.8 Qualifying win is calculated as total win (win + stake of the winning bet) across all seats divided by total bet across all seats taken by a player. If a player receives a win (win + stake of the winning bet) within one (1) game round that is exactly equal to one time (1x) of the total Qualifying Bet, the game round will not be considered for the score calculation.
• If a player has a consecutive win streak and receives a win (win + stake of the winning bet) equal to one time (1x) of the total Qualifying Bet, the Consecutive Qualifying Wins (as defined below) streak will be paused and remain at the same number and shall resume as soon as the player starts placing Qualifying Bets again.
• Consecutive Qualifying Wins streak is defined as sequence of Qualifying wins by a player without any losses occurring between them.
A.9 The Promotion rules and prize tables are built in the participating games/tables. The leaderboard updates in real time showing, the current standings of every player.
A.10 Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab, found in each of the participating games/tables.
A.11 In order for players to rank on the leaderboard during a Promotion, a minimum of two (2) Qualifying Bets followed by two Consecutive Qualifying Wins are required for points awarding in accordance with the selected winning criteria for any Promotion as defined below:
Bronze Blackjack Tournament, Silver Blackjack Tournament and Gold Blackjack Tournament mechanics:
A.12 The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the score, which score is based on the total points received by the player for consecutive in-game wins on a Qualifying Bet (hereinafter each a “Consecutive Win”), as defined below:
A.13 A minimum of two (2) Consecutive Qualifying Wins (as defined hereunder) achieved after placing two (2) Qualifying Bets is required (For illustrative purposes only: player places a bet of €10 and wins €20, which equals to two (2) (the total win amount including the stake is divided by the stake amount to achieve a number) (20/10=2) and the player initiates the winning streak. Another example would be as follows; a player places a bet of €20 and wins €40, which equals two (2) (40/20=2) and the player receives 10 points).
A.14 The point distribution for each Qualifying Win is awarded to players as per the table below.
A.15 The leaderboard is updated in real-time, and players can view the leaderboard in-game in real-time, at any time of their own choosing when playing the participating games.
A.16 In the event that two (2) or more players finish a Bronze Blackjack Tournament/Silver Blackjack Tournament/Gold Blackjack Tournament in the same position on the leaderboard, the player who has achieved the score first will receive the higher prize. Prizes are paid out to players as a fixed cash amount.
A.17 How players may participate:
1. A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games/tables.
2. A player must place Qualifying Bets on any of the selected participating tables/games.
3. A player will receive points based on in-game Consecutive Wins.
4. The higher the total value of the points received by the player for Consecutive Wins, the higher the player’s score.
5. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score displayed on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each tournament period.
6. The leaderboard is built in the participating game/s and updates in real-time. Each player will see his/her progress listed as “You” among the other players’ tournament IDs.
Privé Blackjack Tournament mechanics:
A.18 Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their final position in the leaderboard, when each Privé Blackjack Tournament ends, in descending order from highest to lowest position depending on the player’s total score.
A.19 The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the score, which score is based on the total points received by the player for their highest consecutive win streak on a Qualifying Bet (hereinafter each a “Highest Consecutive Win Streak”) during a Privé Blackjack Tournament period.
A.20 In order for players to place on the leaderboard, a minimum of two (2) wins in a streak is required.
A.21 Only one single biggest win streak should be considered for a single player. If a player has two or more-win streaks during a single tournament, only the longest streak with the earlier date and time of the last win in this streak (closer to the tournament start date) is considered for player’s rank on the leaderboard.
Score calculation example for illustrative purposes only:
Player 1 has a consecutive win streak of 10, last win in this streak – 02/04/2024 21:15:09; and a consecutive win streak of 9, last win in this streak – 02/04/2024 20:07:11
Player 2: has a consecutive win streak of 8, last win in this streak – 02/04/2024 22:10:14
Player 3 has a consecutive win streak of 10, last win in this streak – 02/04/2024 20:33:09.
* Player 3 has a higher position because their last win in the highest win streak was earlier than Player 1’s date and time of the last win.
** Player 1’s “9” score from the consecutive wins streak is not considered for prizes in this tournament and not displayed in the leaderboard because Player 1 has a bigger “10” wins streak
A.22 The leaderboard is updated in real-time, and players can view the real-time leaderboard in-game at any time of their own choosing when playing the participating games.
A.23 In the event that two (2) or more players finish a Privé Blackjack Tournament with the same number of wins in the streak, the player who achieved their last win in the winning streak closer to the tournament start date will have a higher position on the leaderboard.
A.24 Prizes are paid out to players as a fixed cash amount.
A.25 How players may participate:
1. A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games/tables.
2. To qualify in a Privé Blackjack Tournament, a player must place a real money bet with the required minimum bet in any of the available currencies on any of the participating game/table(s).
3. A player will place on the leaderboard based on the total amount of points accumulated on any participating game for their highest consecutive win streak during a Privé Blackjack Tournament period.
4. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score shown on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each Privé Blackjack Tournament.
5. The leaderboard is built in the participating game/s and updates in real-time. Each player will see his/her progress listed as “You” among the other players’ tournament IDs.
A.26 Bronze Blackjack Tournament:
• Win criteria: Players will be awarded points based on the Consecutive Wins criteria.
• Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of twenty-one thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 21,000) in total, an expected daily prize pool of three thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 3,000) across two
hundred and fifty (250) prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts.

A.30 All prizes won during the Promotion Term must be paid out as fixed cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements.
A.31 We reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Blackjack League Promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.
A.32 The above shall be read in conjunction with the in-game terms and conditions.
General Terms & Conditions
B.1 In the event of any dispute regarding these promotional terms and conditions; the administration, conduct or results of the Promotion; and/or any other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of kwiff shall be final, if you disagree with said decision or have any complaints, you can reach out to us through our Customer Service team or alternatively, we are also affiliated with the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity eCogra. Refer to the Complaints procedure for more information on complaints and disputes.
B.2 Failure to comply with these promotional terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Promotion and/or account closure.
B.3 Duplicate accounts will not qualify for this Promotion. Kwiff may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.
B.4 All withdrawals are subject to audit by kwiff. We reserve the right to reclaim any bonus and/or cash reward and/or any winnings, and/or close an account, in a situation of obvious abuse or fraud.
B.5 The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, meaning we monitor one per family, household address, email address, IP address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit card), and shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).
B.6 We reserve the right to withhold or cancel payments and any winnings generated where:
- Participants, whether individually or acting in a group, are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions;
- A customer is found to have multiple accounts;
A customer is self-excluded on any accounts they hold with kwiff; - Kwiff, at its sole discretion has reason to believe that the Promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular (e.g influence betting, syndicate betting, etc.), fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred. (See item J.6.2 of our T&C’s for further information on abuse of promotions and bonuses).
B.7 In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or a participant being ineligible to participate in the Promotion, kwiff reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate and in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to account closures; disqualifications from the promotion; reclamation of bonuses, cash rewards, winnings or prizes granted; refusing all future promotions; withholding associated winnings; and/or voiding associated stakes.
B.8 Events may occur that result in kwiff extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion, these terms and conditions and/or the awarding of prize(s), bonuses or cash rewards at any point and for any reason. These may be due to a third party’s illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of kwiff and accordingly the entrant agrees that kwiff shall have no liability as a result thereof. Surprise or Free bets once voided will have no stake returned. We shall endeavour to supply an alternative Surprise Bet of the same value. Where existing participants are affected, they shall be informed in advance and can opt-out with only their eligible redeemable cash balance being available.”
B.9 Kwiff disclaims any liability for inaccurate information or payouts, whether caused by the website, users of the Platform, equipment used in the Promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the Promotion. Kwiff does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry or qualification for the Promotion. Kwiff will not be responsible for any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion to the extent such occurs for reasons beyond kwiff’s reasonable control.
B.10 Kwiff may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for verification documents such as passport or ID to verify your identity, age and residency to fulfil ongoing regulatory obligations and limit fraud. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes or rewards that have been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
B.11 Employees of kwiff (or their families or households), or any group company of kwiff, companies associated with kwiff and all affiliates of such companies, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Kwiff reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
B.12 kwiff reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond our control. Customers who qualified prior to any change will be honoured with the reward or where not possible, with a reward of equal value or greater.
B.13 The promoter of this Promotion in UK and Ireland is kwiff Limited, registered in Malta under the number C77623 and having its registered office at Triq Il-Wied Ta’ L-Msida, Msida, MSD9023, Malta. For players not in the UK or Ireland the service is operated by Worldwide Gaming Limited, a company registered in Isle of Man with registration number 017900V having its registered office at Second Floor, 18-20 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man.
B.14 Kwiff Terms And Conditions and Betting Rules apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these promotion terms and conditions and the kwiff Terms of Conditions and/or Betting Rules, they shall prevail in the following order: (a) Terms of Conditions, (b) Betting Rules, (c) these promotion terms and conditions.
