In order to receive the benefits as one of our loyal customers, we first need to get to know you a little better. The information needed below is to ensure affordability and safety of our customers. All personal information is strictly confidential and kept safely and securely.

 

All documents supplied are reviewed and subject to approval, a member of our loyalty team will be in touch once we have what we need.

So, if you would like to become one of our Loyalty Club members, please send the following documents to loyalty@kwiff.com or attach them to the form below.

If you have already provided some of the documents, you don’t have to upload them again, just ensure the rest of the documents requested are attached. On the other hand, if you have documents you wish to update, feel free to include them.​

  • A copy of a UK/international Passport
  • A copy of UK driving licence
  • A copy of a UK Provisional driving licence 
  • A copy of a UK Residence permit
  • A copy of a UK Citizen card
  • A copy of a proof of address in your name issued less than 3 months ago (for example a recurring utility bill for gas, electricity, water, internet, a letter from a bank, insurance or a public authority…).

*Should you only receive online bills please provide a downloaded PDF version. Please note that whilst you can hide any details you feel are of a sensitive nature, we do need to see the entire document in your picture including the four margins and corners.

  • A copy of the front and back of each card* used to make deposits on your account
  • PayPal – A screenshot from the player’s personal account (Settings → Personal information) showing the email and residential address of the player. 

*Please blank out the middle part of the card numbers leaving only the first 4 and last 6 numbers visible and blank out the CVS number on the back of your card.

  • Payslips for the last 3 months, latest P60, evidence to prove how you are funding your account i.e salary, savings, inheritance, house sale (solicitors beneficiary letter/bank statement showing payment being made)
  • Bank Statements of the last 3 months.

*(Note: For the avoidance of doubt, documents must be a clear scan/copy including all corners, contain issued date, company letterhead or logo and the account holder’s personal details. Redacted statements & screenshots taken from mobile banking apps are not accepted).
